Job Description

As a Creative Content Creator with Copywriting Skills at Cigna Healthcare’s International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the internal communication calendar. Your role will involve supporting the creation and follow-up on communication campaigns for both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll design and deliver compelling business communications and community engagement activities while ensuring compliance with legal, brand, and communication guidelines.

You will report to the Business Communication Senior Advisor and collaborate closely with various teams, including functional and office leads, as well as HR teams in an international setting. Your main responsibilities will include developing communication plans, creating engaging content, managing communication activities, and evaluating the efficacy of internal communication strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong project and event management skills, with the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules. You should have proven writing and editing skills in native English, along with experience in crafting content for diverse audiences across multiple channels. Creative skills, including an understanding of storytelling and format, are essential for developing impactful content.

Additionally, a critical mindset to identify improvement opportunities, strong verbal communication abilities, and a proactive self-starter attitude are required. Comfort in navigating ambiguity and working in a hybrid environment is important. Previous experience in an international matrix structure, especially within financial services or healthcare, is preferred but not essential.
