We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and support in the development of a variety of creative solutions. This entry-level role involves delivering entire solutions through graphic design such as branding, brochures, banners, e-mailers, and various branded collateral. The role also includes supporting in the development of creative solutions for websites, animations, e-learning content, and social media posts.

Requirements

• 1 or more years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

• Some experience in online marketing, including social media management and content creation.

• Marketing experience is beneficial.

Software application requirements:

• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite proficient in: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe XD or Figma (not required but beneficial), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning, compelling and effective designs for print and digital media.

• Design and develop creative content for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and adverts.

• Understand project briefs and deliver cohesive designs that meet client objectives.

• Design beautifully tailored document templates and presentations.

• Work within clients’ existing brand systems to ensure visual consistency of deliverables.

• Develop creative and innovative ideas and concepts and translate these into graphic design solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure design assets meet their needs.

• Brainstorming design solutions for clients’ communication challenges.

• Manage your time effectively while working on multiple projects to meet deadlines.

• Maintain and update document storage ensuring proper organisation.
