Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, product goals, and requirements.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Redesigning and iterating on product wireframes and user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating user feedback through usability testing and other research methods for design improvement.
• Developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across web and app products.
• Advocating for user-centered design principles and ensuring accessibility standards are met.
• Working closely with engineering teams for effective design implementation.
• Structuring tasks and activities efficiently to keep projects on track and achieve goals in a timely manner.
• Creating and refining prototypes for new product features or ideas aligned with project goals.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
• A strong problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and adaptable with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to refine designs.
• Strong ability to advocate for design systems and ensure consistency across products.
