Job Description

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team at Bigtincan. This role is 100% remote for USA citizens or green card holders. The main focus will be on building and maintaining next-generation web frontends using up-to-date React. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing new frontend features and systems, identifying migration paths for older codebases, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• At least 2 plus years of experience writing frontend web software in Typescript.

• At least 2 years of experience writing React.

• Ability to understand the bigger picture of a given feature, identifying technical gaps and needs from other teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills regarding technical choices and needs.

• Enjoyment of remote work and demonstration of good remote work practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and collaborate on frontend systems.

• Coordinate with backend developers and devops engineers to ensure project success.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical roadmap.

• Design and develop software feature functionalities according to company processes and procedures.

• Act as a mentor for other engineers, providing training, technical advice, and reviewing daily work activities.
