Job Description
As a UX Designer at Salesforce, you’ll blend product storytelling with UX design to create polished, interactive experiences. You’ll collaborate with technical marketers, demo engineers, product teams, and other UX designers to help audiences experience the transformative potential of AI agents. Your key responsibilities will include crafting polished prototypes, designing visually compelling experiences for high-profile moments, and translating product narratives into interactive prototypes that simplify and visualize complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for B2B or B2C products, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to simplify and visualize complex concepts.
- A strong passion for “show, don’t tell,” focusing on helping audiences see and understand ideas through visual storytelling and interactivity.
- Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs that clarify technical concepts and inspire audiences.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma and workflows emphasizing rapid iteration and collaboration.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to deliver polished, impactful results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for AI-powered technologies or creating designs that highlight technical innovations.
- Proven success designing experiences for high-visibility moments like keynotes, workshops, or product launches.
- Video production experience or familiarity with visual storytelling.
- Coding experience (e.g., HTML, CSS) to enhance designs or translate designs into functional prototypes.
Additional Information
Benefits:
- For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,000 to $236,500.
- Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
