We are seeking a visionary Social Media Content Lead to take charge of our social media and content strategy in Birmingham, with travel opportunities to London and Manchester. This role presents a unique chance to lead us into a new era of fame and influence, as we expand our presence online, boasting over 64,000 TikTok followers and 400 million+ engagements. You will have access to a dedicated filming studio and in-house videographer to create high-quality, innovative content that establishes our brand as a household name. The position involves appearing on camera, hosting content, and interviewing the public to create engaging videos.

Responsibilities

• Create the UK’s most talked-about brand by managing social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Be the face of the brand through hosting content and engaging with audiences.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy in collaboration with our in-house videographer.
• Utilize filming and podcast studios to produce dynamic video and audio content.
• Push creative boundaries with bold and innovative ideas.
• Spot and capitalize on online trends to maintain brand visibility.
• Engage with audiences to build a loyal online community.

Requirements
