We are looking for a 2D/3D Animator to join a newly formed in-house team at one of our top clients. You will have the chance to learn from a leading gaming company while enjoying the benefits of the eight&four agency culture. The ideal candidate is a solid midweight 2D/3D Creative who can work independently and collaboratively with various client stakeholders. A professional with calmness under pressure and maturity in challenging situations, you should be a problem solver in both your work and the overall processes.

This role offers fully remote work, but candidates must be based in the UK. Please note that experience with both 2D and 3D design is essential.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in an animation studio, production company, or advertising environment.
• Basic knowledge of art theory, including composition and colour theory.
• A strong portfolio showcasing excellent 2D & 3D animation/motion graphic works across different channels.
• Proficient in Adobe software, particularly After Effects.
• Exceptional storytelling and editing skills.
• Passion and understanding of mobile games and gaming culture.
• Experience leading and motivating small creative teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail for quality control in content consistency.
• A standout creative who adapts swiftly to business needs.
• Experience motivating creatives while collaborating.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in typography and graphic design.
• Good illustration skills.
• Social media savvy.
• Experience in content production for user acquisition.
