Job Description

Lead small team to deliver projects into production using Agile Scrum.

Excellent communication skills and facilitate stakeholder calls.

Full stack .net web-based applications development with CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap framework, HTML5, Angular, React, and jQuery.

Strong experience with .Net stack C#, ASP.Net MVC Razor, WCF.

Strong database design and development experience using SQL Server and SSRS.

Lead development team to deliver low-level design.

Work with on-shore and offshore team members in their implementation of these low-level designs and where necessary writing code to get them started or unblocked on difficult technical tasks.

Responsible for ensuring the deliverables are well designed, well implemented, and tested by the development team using best practices in coding, automation, integration, testing, and security.

Champion test-driven development to drive engineering-led quality assurance.

Collaborate with various other teams across the business, stakeholders, and vendors.

Be up to date with the latest trends in technology with a passion to bring new ideas to turn into reality.

Wealth management IT experience preferable.

Requirements

Proven experience leading small teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

Excellent communication skills for facilitating stakeholder engagements.

Extensive knowledge in full stack .net web-based applications development including CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap framework, HTML5, Angular, React, and jQuery.

Strong proficiency in .Net stack, particularly C#, ASP.Net MVC Razor, WCF.

Proficient in database design and development, particularly with SQL Server and SSRS.

Experience in leading the development of low-level designs and collaborating with on-shore and offshore teams.

Expertise in coding best practices, automation, integration, testing, and security.

Experience with test-driven development methodologies.

Familiarity with collaborating across various teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Interest in and awareness of the latest technology trends.

Preferred experience in wealth management IT.
