Data Collection Project for Generative Model

We are seeking experienced videographers to record 100 participants in a studio setting with a green screen. Each participant will film 4 videos, approximately 2 minutes each, requiring two distinct outfits and two takes per outfit.

Ideally we’d like to work with people who’ve done high volume videography projects in the past.

We will provide the participants, so you just need to figure out estimated costings for your time, equipment, any assistant you may need and the studio. We’re happy for any locations, providing they are in major cities worldwide that we will be able to recruit the participants for.

Key Requirements

• Video:
  • 4K resolution at 30fps
  • Stable, uninterrupted environment (no blurred frames or flickering)
  • No tele-prompting; natural speaking style
• Studio Setup:
  • Green screen required
  • Controlled lighting (no sunlight)
  • Camera audio is acceptable
• Participant Appearance:
  • Headwear, face piercings, and face/neck tattoos allowed
  • Language: Primarily English, but not limited to
• Timeline:
  • Ideally completed in ~1 month
• Production Quality:
  • High quality is important, but requirements are less rigid than a talking head video as this will be used to train an generative AI model.

Logistics

• Participants:
  • We will source and schedule participants.
  • You will need at least one crew member to greet and manage participants.
• Location and Equipment:
  • You will need to provide a suitable studio space or a quiet location that can accommodate a green screen setup.
  • You are responsible for all necessary video and audio equipment.

Deliverables

• 400 high-quality videos (with potential for more)
• All raw footage

Additional Information

• Speech Clarity: Minor mistakes and spelling errors are acceptable.
• Eye Contact: Participants should primarily look at the camera, but natural looking away is fine.
• Green Screen: A clean, smooth green screen is sufficient.
• Lighting: Static lighting; avoid sunlight.
• Audio: Reference videos provided as a standard for audio quality.
