We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Product Developer to join our team. As a Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of game-changing new products. This is an extremely varied role, where no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of product development, showcasing and honing your new product development skills. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as Product Developer will include:

• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to inform product development.
• Working with third-party manufacturers to provide us with best in market innovation and quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and production, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Formulating new product recipes, considering factors such as ingredient functionality, cost, and nutritional requirements.
• Conducting product testing and evaluation, including sensory analysis, shelf-life testing, and nutrition.
• Creating and maintaining accurate product specifications, costings, and associated documentation.
• Coordinating and documenting product trials, both in-house and with external suppliers or manufacturers.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, new ingredients, and emerging technologies to support innovative product development.
• Resolving technical issues or challenges that arise during the product development process.
• Supporting production post-launch and follow-up reviews.
• Developing packaging and design briefs.
• Organising and attending photo shoots.
• Providing inspiration for social media and comms channels.

Requirements

What we are looking for in our Product Developer:

• Experience working with food and manufacturing in a development role.
• Knowledge of food, nutrition, and product development.
• Proficiency in MS and Google software such as MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• This is a hands-on role, so a can-do attitude is a must.
