Event documentation (short video 2 min)
Videographer is needed in Toronto, Canada.
Hello,
I am looking for a quote for videographer rates for 1 day of on-site documentation for an event (artist gathering, outdoor component and indoor dinner reception). The event takes place Sat. Feb. 22 2025 at the Toronto Zoo.
On-site filming hours 10am - 3pm and we request editing services to produce a 2 min highlight reel. No audio recording is needed as we have our own file to provide, the sequence is all b-roll documentation.

Who are you, and what do you do
This is an arts based event with an outdoor component (in winter weather) and indoor dinner gathering. We need it to be documented via broll and then a short 2 min video highlights, we have our own song to put over the sequence no audio services needed.
