Job Description

As a rapidly growing forward-thinking solar energy company, NEOSUN is seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to shape and elevate our brand excellence in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to lead our design and visual initiatives, ensuring a positive and impactful perception of our brand among clients (B2B sector) and creating a cohesive visual vision for the company. NEOSUN Energy is an international Solar EPC company that provides Commercial Solar PV & Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) with capacities ranging from 200kW to 10MW for Commercial and Industrial projects worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and visual packaging of NEOSUN’s products, ensuring a cohesive and appealing presentation across all materials.
• Create a variety of graphic materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content tailored for different countries and divisions.
• Develop and design the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and meets the needs of the target audience.
• Establish and maintain a unified visual style that aligns with the company’s brand positioning and market strategy.
• Ensure a positive and impactful perception of the NEOSUN brand among clients in the B2B sector through effective visual communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and web design tools like Figma.
• Expertise in hi-tech design, with a keen understanding of modern typography and design trends.
• Ability to create diverse graphic materials for use in various countries and subsidiaries while maintaining a unified brand style.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with the ability to design user-friendly websites that reflect brand positioning and target audience needs.
• Familiarity with responsive design and best practices for web development.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual design skills.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
