Job Description

Are you a true marketing nerd with a passion for social media advertising? Do you love building new things with a team motivated to win? Then you may be the LinkedIn Strategist of our dreams! We’re excited to announce the launch of a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. This new venture will push the boundaries of social media marketing for B2B clients and help them leverage the full power of LinkedIn to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the LinkedIn media team, working directly with mid-market and enterprise clients to communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute Paid Media deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency (bonus for B2B)
  • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of different Ad Units within the LinkedIn Platform (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV)
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization)
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data (using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel) to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Equal parts competitive and curious; strong problem-solving skills
  • Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quality-obsessed attitude
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients (approximately once per year, per client or as needed)

Additional Information

This role encompasses working from anywhere in the US as part of a remote-first company. A laptop (PC or Mac available) and reliable internet access are necessary.
