As a Midweight Creative within the creative department at That Lot, you’ll be a brilliant conceptual thinker and maker helping us create Work That SlapsTM for your favourite UK brands.

Requirements for the Role

This role will include:

• Concepting and developing campaign and owned social ideas.
• Being ultra-reactive to culture and hitting the post button quickly.
• Presenting work clearly and engagingly, especially in pitches.
• Exhibiting initiative, tenacity, and curiosity.
• Crafting ideas and communicating them effectively.
• Having creator-level abilities that go beyond traditional advertising art direction or design.
• Instinct for slick, unforgettable presentations.

We’re looking for a tenacious creative with a keen eye for cutting-edge social. The ideal candidate will:

• Be internet culture obsessed and a native social user.
• Possess capabilities that go beyond traditional advertising art direction.
• Have the capacity to see ideas through from concept to award-winning campaigns.
• Understand the need for clear, simple thought and articulate ideas compellingly.
• Be fiercely ambitious and energetic.
• Be comfortable working independently and with a team.
• Have proven ability to use culture to inspire ideas.
• Be confident in PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Have a breadth of creative knowledge to predict social and creative trends.
• Be a team player who cares about the agency’s growth and development.
