The mission: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Back-End Developer specializing in Symfony to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust back-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems, and optimizing overall application performance. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Symfony.
• Design, implement, and optimize database structures, queries, and relationships.
• Collaborate with React front-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues.
• Ensure code quality and consistency through version control systems using Git.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in backend development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions within the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with strong command of PHP and the Symfony framework.
• Previous experience with unit testing and testing frameworks (PHPUnit), as well as RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in relational databases (MySQL) and ORMs (Doctrine).
• Strong grasp of version control workflows, particularly using Git.
• Familiar with Docker and containerized environments.
• Proactive and strong in autonomy, with an understanding of best security practices in backend development.
• Fluency in English.
