Job Description

At PhotoMules, we are a fast-growing sports photography company based in Austin, TX. Our team travels nationwide to capture high-quality team photos for youth sports at every level. As a Crew Member, you will be integral to our mission of capturing unforgettable moments for athletes and their families. You will travel to youth sporting events, use your photography skills to take stunning photos, engage in dynamic sales opportunities with parents, and help ensure smooth product distribution on-site. Your responsibilities will include setting up equipment, capturing team photos, processing photos, and driving sales while upholding our core values.

Requirements

• Verbal Communication: Exceptional ability to convey information and interact positively with a diverse group of people.
• Salesmanship: A proven track record in sales or customer service, with the ability to influence and close sales.
• Photography Techniques: Basic knowledge or willingness to learn to capture high-quality images.
• Outgoing & Coachable: A personality that thrives in public settings with a readiness to learn from feedback and coaching.
• Detail Oriented & Customer Focused: An eye for detail and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Weekend Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, especially from Friday to Sunday.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods.
• Travel Ready & Licensed: Valid driver’s license for necessary travel and willingness to journey to various event locations.
• Background Check: Clearance of a standard background check is required.
