Job Description

As a Social Content Creator, you will be crafting social-first content that resonates with diverse audiences and breaks through feeds across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X for a major automotive client. You will work alongside social strategists, community managers, and a creative director to mine trending hashtags, cultural moments, and community responses, generating content that places the brand into the conversation in relevant, engaging, and timely ways.

This role is suited for someone who has a deep understanding of social platforms, a knack for crafting trend-forward content, and the creativity to push boundaries while staying true to the brand’s voice.

Responsibilities

• Trend Spotting & Ideation: Stay ahead of social trends by researching best-in-class examples and translating insights into actionable ideas for clients’ brands.
• Content Development: Collaborate with creative, social, and marketing teams to produce engaging short-form video content for various platforms.
• Pre-Production & Storyboarding: Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials to align with brand objectives.
• Video Creation & Editing: Capture, edit, and produce original video content and contribute to all phases of production.
• Creative Execution: Define and develop branded style templates for cohesive social media assets.
• On-Camera Hosting: Lead interactive or trend-based content energetically in front of the camera.
• Innovative Thinking: Drive unique ideas to keep content fresh, relatable, and shareable.

Requirements

• Content Expertise: Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
• Platform Savvy: In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies focused on short-form video.
• Creative Tools Mastery: Expertise in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut, along with familiarity with production equipment.
• Visual Mindset: Strong understanding of composition, lighting, angles, and other creative fundamentals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for clearly articulating creative direction and workflows.
• Fintech Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech products and consumer behaviors is a plus.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovative Spirit: Passion for creating trend-setting content that resonates with today’s digital audience.

Compensation Range: $84,200 - $109,500 annually.
