Photorealistic rendering of a Venetian Villa
Our goal is to market a Venetian Villa from the 18th century in need of substantial renovations, to potential buyers, particularly real estate developers, by showcasing its potential through high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings.
We need an expert in architectural visualization to create realistic exterior renderings that highlight the villa’s historical charm while presenting a vision for its restored state.
Deliverables:
- High-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of the villa (exterior only) that reflect a renovated version of the property, maintaining its historical character, based on our 2D CAD designs and historical photos.
- (Optional) A 3D walkthrough or video presentation to enhance the listing.
These assets will be used for an online real estate listing, so they should be visually compelling and market-ready.
