Guitarist for our General Meeting of the company

I am looking for a beginner guitarist to perform at a general meeting for my non-profit organization in Kathmandu, Nepal. The project will be part-time and requires the musician to be present during the entire event for refreshment purposes after our meeting concludes. I am seeking someone who can provide engaging music that enhances the atmosphere of the gathering.
