Job Description

Reporting to the Creative Director / Digital Marketing Manager, this role is based in Holywood, N. Ireland. Ardmore is a creative agency focused on changing minds, beliefs, and habits through impactful campaigns. We work with various brands to craft memorable campaigns driven by insight, strategy, and creativity. Celebrated for our collaborative culture, we leverage a mix of expertise from various partners to enhance our communications and deliver significant returns on marketing investments.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. They will push creative boundaries to produce engaging original content for a variety of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrable experience in creating and executing social campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience in content creation at a similar output level.

Skills/Knowledge

• Excellent written skills for social posts, onscreen graphics, and subtitles.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software (CapCut and Canva at a minimum).
• Familiarity with social platform best practices for optimal content creation.
• Target-focused and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Ability to create, develop, and communicate ideas effectively.
• Deadlines oriented with strong presentation skills.

Desirable Criteria

• Meta Ads certification or GA4 certification.
• Animation skills.

Other Requirements

• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
• Valid Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory employment references, including one from current or most recent employer.
