Job Description
At Go Swag, we help the biggest companies in the world craft incredible first impressions through branded gifts. Our mission is to accelerate the disruption of the corporate gifting industry with a focus on sustainability. As a Product Designer, you will work in Glasgow as part of our Product team, influencing the vision of our business and shaping the products and tools for clients like Meta, Amazon, and Spotify. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and key stakeholders, taking responsibility for various stages of the design process, including research, ideation, UI design, testing, validation, and iterative improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing complex digital solutions, preferably in tech or tech-enabled startups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, from research and ideation to UX/UI, user testing, and data-driven iterations.
- Strong UI skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining design systems in collaboration with engineers.
- Able to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to refine design decisions.
- Experience working with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Desire to work under minimal supervision, with a sense of autonomy and accountability.
- Ownership mentality, thriving in an initiative-driven environment.
- Collaborative spirit with a preference for clear and honest communication.
- Kind, empathetic, and respectful demeanor.
