Job Description

Python/DevOps Engineer Required for Start Up. The position has a January start date and is remote for Engineers in Europe. An entrepreneurial mindset is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools to support EV charging operations.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment across scalable systems.
• Automate and optimize infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Manage and monitor cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) tailored to EV-specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Implement security best practices across software and infrastructure.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in Python development and DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with modern monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote team across European time zones.
