Job Description

We’re looking for a Videographer to shoot & edit high-quality short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels. You’ll collaborate on creative ideas, help develop engaging content formats, and work with Luke (GAWNE) & the team to bring powerful, shareable visuals to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing raw, authentic moments & knows how to create content that stops the scroll & drives engagement.

Requirements

• Owns high-quality camera gear (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras preferred)
• Strong experience shooting & editing short-form content
• Proficient in basic video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Ability to frame, light, and shoot engaging social media content
• Strong awareness of current social media video trends & viral formats
• Ability to work quickly & efficiently while maintaining quality
• Friendly, creative, and comfortable working in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Filming & Capturing Content: Shoot high-quality, dynamic short-form video content (both planned & spontaneous), set up & frame shots with an eye for viral potential, ensure smooth, engaging camera movement & strong composition.
• Editing & Post-Production: Basic editing to polish & enhance raw footage, ensure fast turnaround without overcomplicating post-production, optimize content formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
• Creative Input & Execution: Bring fresh ideas to the table for unique, engaging video concepts, execute Luke’s vision & interpret creative briefs accurately, stay on top of trends, styles, and engagement strategies for short-form video.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Luke, Jack, and the creative team to bring ideas to life, be flexible & adaptable while working in a fast-moving environment, maintain a fun, positive, and high-energy work atmosphere.

Work Style: Fun, casual, fast-paced, and highly creative

Location: Flexible, but must be available for in-person shoots
