I am looking for a Podcast Producer for my company in Burnaby to help with a project focused on Canadian and American geographic history and mapping. The project, titled “Imperial Place Names,” will explore the themes of colonial surveying and city naming. I have unique content that combines historical maps, interviews with city archivists, and personal narrative, and I need assistance in structuring and producing the podcast.
The Producer will help turn complex topics like mapping and surveying into engaging stories for the audience. I aim to collaborate and create a compelling podcast that highlights the lesser-known aspects of these histories. This is a full-time contract position, and the producer can work remotely.
