Job Description

Reporting directly to the senior graphic designer, the Little Burgundy (LB) Graphic Designer is responsible for the design and creation of LB creative deliverables including in-store signage, POP, mall advertising, VM guidelines, booklets, etc. The graphic designer will work closely with the senior graphic designer and the marketing team to deliver visuals on brand that connect with Little Burgundy consumers.

Job Responsibilities

• Respect brand’s guidelines while conceptualizing and designing unique windows and in-store displays to distinguish Little Burgundy and contribute to in-store traffic.
• Create visual concepts that are unique while being mindful of the environmental footprint and production costs.
• Guide graphic designer intern on projects related to in-store visuals.
• Ensure timelines and production schedules are respected.
• Ensure consistency of seasonal visuals, sale strategy, and promotions.
• Manage deliverables of promotional and seasonal signage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to visually promote the brand repertoire in a premium and unique way that resonates with consumers.
• Create visual merchandising guide.
• Conduct store visits to ensure creative adaptations and executions align with standards.
• Explore new materials and creative methods for producing in-store signage, maintaining environmental consciousness.
• Assist the senior graphic designer with seasonal campaigns.
• Support the digital graphic designer as needed (i.e., newsletters, social media assets, banners).
• Optimize visuals based on feedback.
• Execute window displays and in-store signage creatively while adhering to campaign guidelines.

Job Requirements

• DEC in graphic design required; Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design with some experience in art direction.
• Experience in editorial and photography art direction is an asset.
• Video editing and motion design experience is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Superior creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Bilingual - must be able to speak and write in French and English.
