Requirements

• 2+ years of frontend development experience
• Experience in writing performant and maintainable JavaScript, React.js and Redux
• Willingness to advocate for and uphold code quality through comprehensive code review
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of core engineering principles
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and continuous integration and delivery
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several key stakeholder groups
• Detail and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaborative skills, working with developers, designers, managers, vendors, and stakeholders across a wide range of expertise areas
• Strong customer focus recognizing internal and external customers, establishing effective relationships and demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs
