Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer as a freelancer to work on an as-needed project basis. The designer will develop and design assets for digital and print media, including email campaigns, display ads, homepage banners, landing pages, print advertisements, direct mailers, and other marketing materials. Additionally, the designer will ensure that all creative output aligns with the brand identity and reflects its positioning. Flexibility to work on design tasks for various companies is required, as well as an understanding of design in multiple industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Experience in Graphic design or visual design role, preferably across various industries.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative, and other relevant design tools.

• Experience designing for both digital (email, web, social media) and print (ads, direct mail, collateral).

• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Strong photo editing and color correction skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and external vendors.

• Experience preparing print-ready files and working with production teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php48,000.00 per month

Schedule: On call

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
