The Design team creates digital experiences for wealth managers, focusing on intuitive products that help them grow their businesses. They prioritize collaboration and feedback within an agile, client-centered environment.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will enhance user experiences for our data management products by advocating for systematic design and effective problem-solving. You’ll work on multiple projects, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision, while deeply understanding client and internal user needs.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead design projects collaboratively from start to finish.
  • Elevate product experience using interaction design and data visualization.
  • Utilize user research and data to inform design concepts and influence product strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of the Addepar Product Language design system.
  • Seek feedback, provide mentoring, and empower fellow designers.

Who You Are:

  • Extensive experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a strong user-centered design practice and craftsmanship.
  • Experience in designing web products for enterprise users.
  • Passion for translating complex use cases into scalable design solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
  • Familiarity with Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus but not required.
