Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, generating leads, managing a high-performing sales team, and effectively engaging with our target audience. Based at our UK Headquarters in Nottingham, this position offers a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Design and execute innovative campaigns across social media platforms to generate high-quality leads.
- Utilise analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
- Engage with our online community, responding to enquiries and fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales and social media marketing management, preferably within the healthcare or D2C sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn for business growth.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales funnel management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
