Creative Producer (Motion Design Specialism) – Sheffield (Hybrid)

We’re Vivedia, the UK’s market leader in audio-visual services for once-in-a-lifetime events such as funerals, weddings, and citizenship ceremonies. Our innovative products and services help millions of people each year celebrate and remember their loved ones.

We are seeking a Creative Producer to coordinate the content design and production for a groundbreaking portfolio of products, including Experiential Funeral Venues, Themed Tributes, and Keepsakes. This role offers the chance to work with emerging technologies and creative formats, including projection mapping, digital design, and multimedia content creation.

Requirements

Creative & Technical Expertise:

• A background as a Creative Producer, Motion Designer, Multimedia Designer, or Product Designer in a creative agency or in-house role.
• Proven experience producing venue-driven experiential design, including visual effects, video, projection mapping, and digital design.
• Strong skills in storyboarding and moodboarding to articulate creative direction.
• Experience with design software, particularly After Effects and Photoshop (desirable).
• Eagerness to explore multiple creative formats and emerging technologies.

Project Management Skills:

• Proven ability to manage creative projects from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Experience using project management tools to coordinate teams and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt plans based on changing requirements while maintaining creative quality.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills to present creative ideas and gather feedback.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
• Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback to achieve creative excellence.

Location & Work Setup

Hybrid working: Combination of remote and in-office work at our Sheffield headquarters. It is essential that you are in commuting distance of Sheffield. Travel to customer sites across the UK may be required occasionally.
