Job Description

At Go Swag, we help the biggest companies in the world craft incredible first impressions through branded gifts. Our mission is to accelerate the disruption of the corporate gifting industry while maintaining a commitment to sustainability. As a member of our Product team based in Glasgow, you will work as a Product Designer, influencing the vision of our business and shaping the products used by clients like Meta, Amazon, and Spotify. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business opportunities and be responsible for various stages of the design process, including research, ideation, UI design, testing, and validation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Proven experience designing complex digital solutions, ideally in tech startups or fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, from research and ideation to UX/UI, user testing, and data-driven iterations.
• Strong UI skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to refine visual language continuously.
• Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining design systems in collaboration with engineers.
• An ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Demonstrated success working with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A desire to work under minimal supervision, with autonomy and accountability.
• An ownership mentality and a preference for collaboration and clear communication.
• Kindness, empathy, and respectfulness in team interactions.

• Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000
• Reports to: Head of Product & Design

• Location: Glasgow, on-site
• Start date: As soon as possible

Application process includes a portfolio review, an interview with the Head of Product, a design challenge, and a final interview with the Product team.
