Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on user experience and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into elegant solutions that meet user needs and drive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for our SaaS applications using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivation and organization.
• You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
