Job Description

Norton is a full-service creative agency specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry, working with a variety of local and national brands. We’re looking to add a Senior Graphic Designer to our team. Our ideal new teammate has at least 5 years of experience as a professional designer for consumer-facing creative, preferably in the restaurant sector. The candidate should be creative, a quick learner, and possess a good understanding of design principles with a keen attention to detail. Our services range from restaurant concept development to menu design and social media strategy, and we believe in strong long-term partnerships with our team and clients to produce the best work.

Responsibilities

• Design print & digital marketing materials for national and local food brands

• Develop creative focused on client goals and objectives

• Work collaboratively and embrace constructive feedback

• Self-sufficient and able to independently develop processes

• Think both strategically and creatively

• Stay current with the global design community

• Be honest and direct without exception

• Create impeccable presentations and mockups

• Demonstrate a commitment to innovating

• Display a desire to learn and grow

• Ability to follow established creative styles or create from scratch

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a great attitude

• Ability to receive creative direction and design critique openly

Qualifications Required

• A design degree at an accredited university in graphic design

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Agency experience preferred

• Restaurant/food brand experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team environment
