Job Description

Fourwalls is an innovative and rapidly expanding business that offers a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors, and architects. We are seeking a Videography Editor to join our Creative Operations department and assist with various videography and photo editing tasks, as well as administrative support.

Requirements

• Bright, personable, and efficient with good communication skills.

• Quick to learn, confident, enthusiastic, and professional.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Essential knowledge of videography/photography.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Da Vinci Resolve.

• Eagerness to learn new skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with videography edits using Adobe Premiere for formatting and amendments.

• Prepare and output Social Reels/Videography services.

• Provide general administrative support to the Creative Operations team.

• Respond to email inquiries from clients and operators.

• Handle telephone calls/messages, addressing queries, complaints, and video requests.

• Check video enhancement from overseas, providing feedback based on client requirements.

• Monitor new and existing photographers and report findings to ensure quality standards.

• Identify quality irregularities with videography for training purposes.

• Source and assist with social media content creation.

• Supply invoicing information to the Finance Department.

• Perform other office duties as needed.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist with photo enhancing using Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom to amend photographs.

• Add blue skies, lighten, correct perspective, color correct, and airbrush as necessary.

• Help with brochure coordination using Adobe InDesign/Illustrator to create templates.

• Prepare brochure artwork from supplied material and send drafts to clients for amendments.

• Send final artworks to printers.

Location and Hours

• Remote or flexible working from our offices in Camberley and home working.

• 40 hours per week (8.30am – 5.30pm).

• Fixed Term Contract – 6 months, with a view to permanent employment.
