Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer - Generative AI Experience to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. The role involves conducting advanced user research, designing innovative interaction models for Generative AI products, creating high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, and addressing ethical implications in design. The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and lead the efforts in establishing best practices for prompt engineering UX.
Requirements
Qualifications include a minimum of five years of experience with User Centered Design methodologies, particularly in complex product design, and preferably AI-related products. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. The candidate should have extensive experience in user research, usability testing, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Mural. Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of accessibility guidelines are also essential. Additionally, the candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without any need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user mental models and translate findings into actionable design insights.
- Design interaction models focusing on usability and end-user experience, including natural language interfaces and multimodal interactions.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to showcase user journeys.
- Define best practices for prompt engineering UX and develop user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Address ethical implications and contribute to the design system.
