Job Description

We produce videos and photos for our clients, companies who want to showcase their company culture, employees, and offices to attract top talent. Welcome to the Jungle is the leader in employer branding content production in Europe, committed to giving employees a voice and inspiring candidates to join companies. The role involves half-day shoots where you will autonomously produce a photo report and conduct several interviews within a company. You will handle all technical aspects, including framing, sound, and lighting, while ensuring that interviewees feel comfortable and engaged.

We manage the pre-production aspect, and you will be responsible for filming in 4K for videos and capturing RAW unedited photos. After filming, you will need to submit the rushes and photos to us, as we take care of the post-production process. Currently, we are looking to expand into the US market, specifically recruiting videographers/photographers in New York and Boston.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in all technical aspects of videography and photography, including framing, sound, and lighting.

2. Ability to conduct interviews and put subjects at ease during filming.

3. Experience with filming in 4K and capturing RAW unedited photos.

4. Autonomy in managing shoots and executing the creative vision.
