Job Description

Lazard is seeking a Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join the Marketing Technology team. The role involves developing and maintaining web applications using Angular for the front end and Node.js with Express or preferably NestJS for the back end. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing RESTful APIs, collaborating with UX/UI designers, managing monorepos using Nx, troubleshooting issues, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must have:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Angular for front-end development.
• Strong experience with Node.js for back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with the NestJS framework (preferred) or Express.
• Familiarity with monorepos (Nx) in large-scale projects.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB, MSSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically GitLab.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Python and its frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services is a plus.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Utilization of AI technologies to support quality code and productivity gains is a plus.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is approximately $105,000 - 120,000 USD. Various factors, including years of relevant experience, qualifications, level of education, and relevant skills, will influence the final compensation offered. The compensation package also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
