Job Description

Condé Nast is a global media company producing high-quality content with a reach of more than 1 billion consumers across 32 territories through various platforms. The CN Spain team is currently seeking a temporary Video Producer to cover a maternity leave. This role will report directly to the Supervising Producer and involves creating and managing video content across Condé Nast brands, ensuring high standards of quality throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in video production, with at least 5 years in digital video.

• Proven experience leading the production of digital long-form video, social-first campaigns, and/or influencer-led executions.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivational delivery and clear communications within the team.

• A proactive “all hands on deck” and “can-do” attitude, with a focus on all aspects of video production.

• Expertise in digital video and understanding of nuances across multiple video platforms.

• Financial management experience for productions, including budget tracking and reconciliations.

• Ability to foster relationships within a global network, including talent, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee video production, ensuring creative vision is realized on time and on budget.

• Manage complex productions including sourcing talent, locations, and vendors, and creating production timelines and budgets.

• Lead shoots and production efforts, both in set and remotely as required.

• Problem-solve daily and support team leads in collaboration with the Programming/Development team.

• Track high-level content success and align video production with broader company goals.

• Develop new tools and workflows to empower the team and broader CN stakeholders.

• Assist in managing end-to-end production from inception to final exports for all brands.

• Create and manage production schedules, covering all necessary workflows, budget, and final versions.

• Understand post-production processes to align with programming plans.
