Job Description

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Graphic Designer for our EMEA Digital Hub. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to create visually appealing designs aimed at informing about career opportunities within our company while effectively communicating our brand message across various platforms. You will report to the Digital Hub Manager, EMEA, and will be responsible for creating graphics for social media platforms to support recruitment activities and promote our brand.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Create eye-catching designs and concepts to promote brand awareness on social media, aligning with global communication standards while connecting to local audiences.
• Create graphics considering cultural nuances, regional preferences, and language considerations across the EMEA region.
• Build and support employer branding in the EMEA region.
• Ensure all graphics maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with our brand’s guidelines and visual identity across social media platforms in the EMEA region.
• Work closely with marketing and social media teams and content creators to develop visual content ideas that resonate with target audiences in different countries.
• Utilize graphic design tools and software to edit, retouch, and enhance images for social media posts, ensuring they are visually appealing and culturally appropriate.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Complete design projects within designated deadlines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and expertise in designing for social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills to present and explain design concepts and ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for visual storytelling.
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on stakeholder input.
• Ability to simplify processes and understand different audiences.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Understanding of graphic requirements and best practices for each platform (Facebook, Instagram).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Video and photo editing skills.
• 3+ years in graphic design roles.
• A Bachelor/Master degree in the faculty of applied arts and technology or similar.

Languages

Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English.

Tools and Applications

Proficiency in the following tools:

• Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, & Sketch.
• Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and similar is a plus.

Other Details

We offer a remote work model with availability to work from Monday to Friday, 9h to 18h.
