Job Description

All Fenix is a leading Melbourne-based Pilateswear brand that combines the latest in high-performance fabrics with on-trend styles to create clothing that empowers and inspires. We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing digital graphics for marketing campaigns, including EDMs, paid advertising, and social media campaigns, as well as assisting in the creation of graphic elements for our clothing lines. Additionally, you will contribute to packaging, branding, and website design projects.

Key Responsibilities

Innovative Design: Develop captivating and forward-thinking graphic design concepts that reflect our minimalist, high-end aesthetic.

Campaign Execution & Asset Management: Deliver creative campaigns across product packaging, in-store signage, website, email, social media feeds, paid ads, events, and internal communications—consistently embodying the All Fenix DNA.

Technical Proficiency:

• Photo Editing: Masterful editing to enhance imagery across all platforms.
• Shopify Backend: Confidently manage design assets within the Shopify environment.
• Digital Marketing Assets: Create EDMs, website layouts, banner designs, and social/paid ads graphics that drive engagement.

Bonus Creative Skills: Strong graphic design and drawing skills for designing t-shirt and jumper graphics are a massive bonus.

Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including brand marketing, content, and digital marketing—to produce assets that meet briefs and align with our brand identity.

Deadline-Driven: Manage your workload efficiently to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery on all projects.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a graphic or digital design role.
• A creative, innovative thinker with impeccable attention to detail.
• Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma.
• Must be proficient with photo editing, managing the Shopify backend, and adept at designing EDMs, websites, banners, and social/paid ads graphics.
• Graphic design and drawing skills for t-shirt/jumper graphics are a huge plus.
• A strong understanding of brand identity and a passion for fashion marketing, especially in the activewear space.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• A positive, solution-focused mindset with the agility to adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends to fuel creative ideation.
