This is a remote position.

ITTConnect is seeking a Sr Data Scientist with experience in Loyalty Programs and/or Travel & Hospitality to join our team. This is a new position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. Their client is in the Cruise / Travel Industry.

Job location: Client is in Miami area, locals would be preferred, remote is OK.

Responsibilities include optimizing testing design for better business outcomes, identifying measurable KPI metrics, determining test and control groups, and evaluating the test’s business benefit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience
• Experience leading requirements gathering, design, and delivery
• Must have experience with Pyspark, Python, and power analyses; determining sample sizes through statistical methods
• Must have experience with segmentation and evaluation of A/B tests
• Experience with Data Science In-Market Testing Framework
• Highly desirable experience with Loyalty Programs
• Experience working for large consulting/system integrators in client-facing roles
• Desirable experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry

Additional Information

This position involves estimating P&L impact of proposed loyalty program features, maximizing ROI, identifying hypotheses for testing/control groups, and evaluating guest behavior through statistical tests to assess business benefits.
