We have an amazing opportunity to join a luxury fashion seller and one of the top brands in TikTok Live Shopping, offering high-end designer pieces to a growing online community. We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Live Host/Moderator to join an energetic Social Commerce team and help drive the success of their live shopping shows, content creation, and community engagement.

As a Live Host/Moderator, you will take centre stage in the industry-leading TikTok Live Shopping sessions, hosting or moderating live shows that showcase luxury fashion items to a dedicated audience. You will also be involved in creating engaging content for the podcast, which averages millions of views weekly across the brand’s social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in front of the camera, has a deep passion for luxury fashion, especially designer bags and shoes, and loves engaging with an online audience.

Requirements

• A passion for the luxury fashion industry, with a particular interest in designer bags and shoes.
• Natural charisma and comfort in front of the camera, with the ability to engage and entertain an online audience.
• An interest in social media trends, live shopping, and the future of social commerce.
• Previous sales experience with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content in real-time.
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on audience engagement patterns.
• Creative thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase and demonstrate luxury products during TikTok Live Shopping sessions, explaining their features, styling tips, and engaging with viewers.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, fostering a sense of community and creating an interactive, exciting environment.
• Drive sales during live sessions, meeting targets and encouraging conversions through strategic product promotion.
• Contribute to creating engaging content for the podcast and other social media platforms.
• Work closely with the team to curate best-selling products, identify new trends, and generate fresh ideas to engage our growing audience.
• Adjust live show timings to optimise engagement based on audience behavior and preferences, ensuring peak audience reach during key periods.
• Strategically arrange products to grab attention and encourage interaction during live shows.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and news in the luxury fashion industry to provide valuable insights and maintain relevance in content.

Additional Information

Part-time: approx 15-18 hours per week with overtime opportunities.

Working hours: typically 5-6 shifts from 2.30pm to 8.30pm plus one day at the weekend (either Saturday morning or Sunday evening).
