Job Description

Collectively, part of the Brandtech Group, is a global leader in influencer marketing, combining strategy, creative, and technology to deliver innovative influencer work. The Production team is responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick-off to completion, focusing on flawless execution and exceptional client service. The team works closely with cross-functional members to deliver diverse programs with creativity and project management excellence.

Requirements

• Must be West Coast-based

• Minimum 4 years of client-facing production or influencer marketing experience in a relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar

• Proven client services skills, including strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities

• Willingness to deeply understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of clients and influencers, translating this into impactful content

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Ability to work across 5+ strategic client projects simultaneously

• Positive, enthusiastic approach to work and collaboration

• Entrepreneurial spirit with readiness to tackle complex business or strategy challenges

• Adaptability to work in a constantly evolving industry and landscape

• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through

• Great communication skills, both internally and externally

Compensation & Benefits

This is a temporary, full-time position on an up to 8-month contract, with pay ranging from $78,000 to $96,000.
