As a Creative Post Producer at Centr, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging short-form content for social platforms and longer-form video experiences for the Centr app. From quick-hit reels and paid ads for social channels to detailed workout guides, you’ll shape the way Centr inspires its global community. With agency experience, you’re ready to transition in-house where you can take greater ownership of creative projects while managing high-volume, multi-channel deliverables. In this role, you’ll oversee post-production workflows, mentor a talented team of editors, and contribute directly to creative edits, ensuring every piece of content aligns with Centr’s vision and high standards.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in post-production, with expertise particularly in creative content development and short-form advertising or social media.
• Strong project management skills, particularly for multi-channel deliverables.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and managing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and media management systems (e.g., NAS, Wasabi, Frame.io).
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for health, fitness, and storytelling is a bonus!

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Partner with the Creative Director and Senior Producer to create social-driven content and in-app workout experiences that meet Centr’s brand and creative goals. Provide editorial feedback to editors, brainstorm creative solutions, and edit select projects.
• Project Management: Coordinate schedules for post-production workflows, oversee project tracking systems, delegate tasks effectively, and lead cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of editors while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Technical Oversight: Provide high-level oversight of post-production tools and workflows, support media asset management systems, and ensure workflows are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for post-production requests, manage expectations, and address bottlenecks proactively.
