Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Digital Producer to help bring digital projects including websites, email campaigns, and apps to life. You’ll be passionate about process, motivated to keep things moving and a crucial communication conduit between designers, developers, account service and clients, as well as the wider agency team and external agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Support production of digital projects including websites, eDMs, Display Advertising and web applications.
• Facilitate website alts and enhancements directly with clients.
• Work closely with the Senior Digital Producers, Traffic Management, and Account Services to prioritise and schedule work for the production team.
• Manage quality assurance on digital production including adherence to specifications, best practice, WC3 and Agency Standards.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop project estimates/timelines by liaising with the development team.
• Develop project briefs, task lists, and requirements.
• Assist with managing production and approvals including briefing, sign-offs, Agency Job Management System, etc.
• Liaise with clients to gain approval/undertake revisions.
• Liaise with clients for change requests/feature enhancements.
• Brief in revisions/bugs, manage and check changes.
• QA as appropriate for the project (cross-browser/email client etc).
• Dispatch to 3rd parties.
• Liaise with 3rd parties to facilitate project deployment.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for projects.
• CMS content management.
• QA and dispatch banner ads via the ad server.
• Manage eDM sends via email systems.

Requirements

• Experience with the following systems/software would be beneficial:
• Shopify
• WordPress
• Payload CMS
• Google Analytics
• Email systems: Marketo, Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp, Hubspot, Klaviyo
• Detail-focused and process-driven.
• A sound understanding (or strong desire to understand) of the Digital Landscape.
• Professional and a true team player.
