Job Description
We are looking for an Android Developer proficient in Kotlin to work on a data capture mobile app. This role is a contract position outside IR35, offering a rate of £300 - £400 per day. The location is Bristol, requiring one day a week onsite, with an initial duration of 5 months and potential extensions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance mobile data capture functionality.
- Implement data extraction from authenticated accounts via SDK integration.
- Optimize data retrieval for efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing.
- Contribute to documentation and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in data extraction, web scraping, or similar methods.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Android WebView.
- Experience with APIs, authentication (OAuth, session management).
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Firebase, Realm).
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in an agile environment.
