Job Description

IMA Life is seeking a Senior Designer for CHILLI, their specialist packaging arm, which focuses on creating impactful packaging designs that capture consumer attention. The role requires a passion for branding and packaging design with an interest in brand, print, and digital design. The Senior Designer will inspire creativity, demonstrate strong design execution, and effectively collaborate with various departments to produce outstanding work.

Requirements

• Obsession for branding and packaging design.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of design including typography, messaging hierarchy, grid systems, brand design, online, and printed design.
• Ability to generate multiple design options on brief and within set deadlines.
• Excellent rationale for design decisions with strong execution skills.
• Capability to present and sell designs confidently to stakeholders, including the Design Director, Creative Director, Client Services, and clients.
• Experience working collaboratively with other creatives and agency departments.
