Urban Motion specializes in offering exceptional Hip Hop classes, multi-activity workshops, programs, parties, and after-school programs tailored to communities, schools, and youth groups across the UK & Ireland. We focus on fostering confidence and personal growth within the younger generation by providing innovative, engaging opportunities. Our aim is to empower youth and secure a brighter future through cultivating essential skills and igniting their passion in these exciting disciplines.

This is a part-time role for a Hip Hop Dance Coach. The Coach will be responsible for providing dance instruction, developing lesson plans, and teaching various classes, workshops, school programs, and parties. The coach will work with youth to foster their skills and confidence in dance, while also contributing to program development. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classes, assessing student progress, and creating a positive, encouraging environment for learning and growth.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dance Instruction, Dance Education, and Teaching
• Strong skills in Dance and Music
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in working with youth is a plus
