UX Designer is needed in Italy.
We are seeking a UX designer to refine the customer journey of our internally developed CRM for extended furniture warranties. The platform already includes most of the necessary functionalities, but user flows need optimization to enhance usability and efficiency.
A previous version of the platform exists, providing a solid reference for workflows and features. The goal is to seamlessly integrate and improve these elements in the new system, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
