Job Description

The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fun, fast-paced, and results-driven environment. As a Motion Graphics/3D Animation/Video Editor, your role involves a detailed process from conceptualizing to creating dynamic visuals, including motion graphics, 3D animations, and video edits. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the visual storytelling of all marketing collateral and social media content.

Responsibilities

• Strong visual storytelling skills and command over animation and editing software.
• Proficiency in using motion graphics and editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya).
• Must be able to follow briefs from the content/strategy team.
• Must be able to create engaging motion graphics, 3D animations, and video edits for all digital platforms.
• Must be Agile – work on multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final visuals.
• Creating animations, visual effects, and transitions that enhance video storytelling.
• Translating requirements into engaging visual experiences that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Working on video collaterals for social media, brand communications, and marketing campaigns.
• Contributing to the social and brand guidelines by setting up a visual standard with your work.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Understanding the requirements and context and translating them into impactful visuals.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout all video and animation projects.
• Learning from the insights and responses received on social media platforms and using them to improve the animation and video strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, 3D animation, or video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 3D animations, and video edits.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Photography and sound design basics are a bonus.
• Good written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
• Ability to work with short deadlines and quick turn-around times.
• Experience in creating engaging visuals that communicate product features effectively.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented in every task you undertake.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and visual standards.
• Diploma or Degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field of study.
